She looks just like the first "adult" Cat I ever had  -- me being in the adult world rather than on the Farm. She did come from the Home Farm though and her name was Gabrielle but she was known as Peek. She was **my** Cat and generally just put up with everyone else, except my mother-in-law whom she despised. Peek loved Ice Cream but do NOT put her bowl on the kitchen floor. It belonged in the living room where the Family was having theirs or else she'd yowl until she had her way.
She had one kitten early on, named Buddy; and then in later life the Magnificent 7. 3 were given good homes as 4 stayed with Family; two with my cousin and two with my Family.
She lived to be 16 years old and died of heart failure. She's buried under our lilacs with a can of tuna, a bunch of new catnip, Hyacinths, and many tears.
Even still many years later, there's a tear or so for my Oldest and First Baby.
It's nice to see her face again, even in someone else's commission. thank you, Love.
