I LOVE, LOVE, LOVED the entire series!!! Except I think I cryed the most when Sirius died... I LIKE LUPIN AND SIRIUS AND SNAPE. AND THAT IS ALL I HAVE TO SAY, GOODBYE. BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE. When I was reading the last book, I got to the point where they were in the Great Hall(or whatever you call it) And then the book said(SPOILERS FOR THOSE WHO HAVE NOT READ THE LAST BOOK): Remus and Tonks, pale and still and peaceful-looking, apparently asleep beneath the dark, enchanted ceiling. Those words STRUCK MY HEART WITH AN IRON DAGGER... You would not have known how it felt.
...I love the books!! they're SO great and I read them more than ten times (really...i did. ._.) ...but i'm really disappointed about the films .. .. ....but i still watch them xD (I'm weird, aren't i?)
well...yes there are many things left untold and i guess i notice these things even more because i read it that often... and i don't think that daniel radcliffe fits the role...(he was so cute in the first parts ...but now ...idk xD)...and the charm of the books is missing for me^^
I haven't read, but my sister was reading, she constantly assures me how awesome book. I have a strange fear of reading books after saw the movie, I'm afraid to be disappointed in a movie or book. So if I watch a movie then I do not read the book .
the 3rd one is my fave (actually it is the first HP movie i saw, in UK), after that... well, it got me. oh let them complain lol, this movie gona be epicness in its own way... i guess only hptards gets it ;]
HPtards get what? :U I consider myself a HPtard (long time fan, who got all of her friends in 6-7th grade into reading HP, lol) but am somewhat apprehensive about the movies, although this one's trailer seems quite awesome.
Yeah, pretty much that. I'm disappointed when details are changed for the worse etc.
Although I do think that the story itself needs a bit of a reality check, especially about what happens afterwards. One girl on DC forum came up with an awesome, realistic version of the future - Harry is so messed up with the events he's been through, that he goes to live in a muggle world, doing some cheapo job, like a salesman at a gas station and living alone in a dingy appartment, Ron and Hermione getting married but realizing that they're not suited with each other after a few years and getting a divorce, Hermione moving out and working day and night at the library while (I don't remember this part very well, but this sounds awesome) Ron carries on with his life, getting sexual satisfaction from hookers because he's too dumb/awkward, to get a normal woman to really love him.
persoanlly i could keep enjoying it without any reality check... that may probably kill its charm somehow; it's a magic! a nice yet dreamy journy~ but i love the way THAT version sounds lol "Ron carries on with his life, getting sexual satisfaction from hookers because he's too dumb/awkward, to get a normal woman to really love him" haha good one, he actully seems that kind of person who would drawn himself in never-ending sea of v*****s, after divorce Herm... fun! someone should do an alternative future side/after-story thing
I'm not a huge Harry Potter fan, but I enjoy the movies, except the last one which sucked in my opinion. But the previews for The Deathly Hallows look really exciting so I've actually got the release date written on my calendar. I hope it's worth it.
